Never burn bridges - when leaving a job/school/group because of some disagreement, don’t include the personal ties in the resignation. you left the job because of a reason involving the job but you don’t have to hate your employer. it is very professional to keep ties with your old employers.
Family first, Job next - a job that will hamper your family relationships in any way IS NOT WORTH IT even if it pays you much. At the end of the day, you don’t cuddle your computer to sleep at night do you?
Take time before accepting a job - due to scarcity of job offers, Pinoys tend to accept whatever job that is offered to them. Wrong. You should spend as much time as it is possible, i would say around 3 months, before you take a job offer. Take time because you don’t want to leave that job just as soon as you get another better job offer. A Resume filled with odd jobs of 1 year or less durations is NOT A GOOD resume.
Money won’t make you happy - A good paying job is not always a source of a happy disposition in life. Always check the other areas. Relationships, health, time for recreation, etc.
